Advantages of Flicker and Fair use
A site like Flicker has many advantages and is very useful. You can look at pictures and not have to worry about copyright laws. Also you don't have to get permission before you can put them into your own gallery. Also you can get many ideas for yourself to take pictures of when you go visit places. You can make all of your photos private, share them with the public, or just share them with your contacts. Another advantage is that it gives other people ideas too. If you set your pictures to the public setting then others can get your ideas. Overall Flicker is a really useful sight.

Reflection
The information Deputy Krupp gave us was very helpful. There were many new things that I learned that I had never thought about. I had never heard of the term groom. Now if I were to witness something like that I know what the person is trying to do and I can help put the situation to an end. I also learned that chat rooms are areas with the greatist risk. I have never been on a site like that and now I know for sure I never will. I found the information to be very helpful because I learned about many new things. I also have learned many things about identity theft too. I have learned that you aren't suppose to use one password for more than one account. Many things we have learned will surely be helpful later on in life.

A new invention has arrived! Japan has recently created a robot that can lift and move people. The robot is made to lift people weighing up to 134 pounds. It lifts people to and from beds, and wheelchairs. This invention is extremely helpful in nursing homes, along with hospitals. Some people may be freaked out by being lifted by heavy metal arms, but the robots arms are actually made with tactile sensors and the whole entire body is made with foam on the outside. The Robot’s technical name is REBA 2.The invention of the robot will help remove back problems for many medical workers.

Christmas Break
This Christmas Break was very busy. It all began by myself and four friends getting together, eating subway, exchanging gifts, and going iceskatings. Then the next two day I spent time with my cousin and we wrapped christmas presents, and she helped me make cornhole boards for my sister and her husband. On Christmas Eve my family went to church at 4:30 p.m, then we went to a family friends for dinner. We had a family style dinner with fish, seafood, and chick fil a chicken. After we ate dinner we had an ornament exchange, ate dessert and it was time to leave. On Christmas day we got up and opened presents. I got an ipod touch, pillow pet, sweat shirts, and a t-shirt. When we were done opening presents we realxed for a few hours until it was time to go to my grandaparents house for a late lunch. Once we got there we ate, played games with cousins, and just relexed and enjoyed the day. Then the next few days I hung out with friends and cousins, we went sledding and just talked. On New Years Eve I went to my best friends house we went hot tubbing and watched the performers before the ball dropped. Then when the ball dropped we ran outside with pots and pans and started screaming, and banging them. Then we went to sleep at three a.m. The next day we went bowling. On the day beofre school started I spent my day relaxing and getting ready for school!
